Dzulfadli graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 2020. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Human Capital Management from the Singapore Human Resource Institute. Professionally, he is an HR consultant with specialisation in career advisory and global mobility.
Dzulfadli joined the Progress Singapore Party in 2019 as one of the party’s first batch of members, having been drawn to PSP’s commitment to balanced governance and its focus on equitable opportunities for Singaporeans. Since joining, he has been an active member of the PSP Youth Catalyst, contributing to ground outreach activities, policy discussions, and community engagement initiatives. His professional experience in HR and people development, combined with his passion for meaningful public service, continues to motivate him.
Outside of his professional and political commitments, Dzulfadli volunteers with career-related community programmes, supporting youths seeking their first jobs and individuals from lower-income backgrounds navigating career transitions. An avid football fan and reader with interests in history and geopolitics, he enjoys exploring Singapore’s neighbourhoods on long evening walks. He comes from a large extended family and is a loving uncle to 11 nieces and nephews.
